As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment in real time.
Average delivery times are 7–12 business days, depending on the destination and product availability.
During high-demand periods (sales, holidays) or in the event of customs checks, delivery times may be longer.
All orders ship from our international warehouses and are handled by trusted logistics partners.
In the USA, final delivery is typically handled by UPS, DHL, FedEx (the carrier depends on the destination area and the selected shipping service).
Shipping costs are calculated transparently at checkout.
The amount depends on weight/volume, destination, and the selected shipping method.
For shipments coming from non-EU countries, customs duties and taxes may be requested by the carrier upon delivery, in accordance with the regulations in the destination country.
If applicable, these costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
If tracking shows that the package has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Please double-check the delivery address entered at checkout. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after the order is placed.
If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incomplete, additional carrier fees may apply.
Shipping to PO boxes or “hold for pickup” addresses may not be available. If this applies, we will contact you to request an alternative address.
