Open roles (and what we often need)

We hire based on current needs, but these are the roles we most often look for:

Customer Support (Email & Social DM)

Help customers with order updates, sizing questions, returns, and general support—always with a friendly, solution-first approach.

Order & Operations Support

Assist with order checks, shipping updates, admin tasks, and keeping our back-end clean and accurate.

Content / Social Media Support

Help with product descriptions, simple creatives, short-form content ideas, posting schedules, and community engagement.

E-commerce Assistant (Shopify)

Support product uploads, basic page edits, collection organization, and site improvements.
